House price index

This indicator shows the general development in prices as an index (index 2000=100) for one family houses, i.e. houses predominantly used for residential purposes, in the Nordic region. Holiday cottages are not included. Data is available for Denmark, the Faroe Islands, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. Norway: All types of houses. Sweden: Includes detached one- and two-family houses, terraced houses and linked buildings for permanent living. Real estate with lease hold rights is not included.
